Today kicks off Cora Wen’s latest Yoga Bloom Teacher Training, sponsored by Brentwood Yoga in Brentwood, CA. The training is a five-day module, with courses each day from now until Sunday, March 11.
Cora has designed the training so that aspiring teachers have the luxury of flexibility, utilizing modules that “both stand independently and speak to each other in creating a comprehensive program.” Each of the five-day modules count as 50 hours toward the 500 RYT Advanced Yoga Alliance Certification.
This design allows teachers to customize their training in a schedule and manners that best fits their own path. Cora’s support in this program allows each teacher to discover a teaching style that caters to their specific audience of students.
Throughout the next five days Cora will focus on the topic of “The Art of Teaching: Sequencing, Themes, & Working with Injury.” Cora will be incorporating the Three Minute Egg into the duration of the weekend, utilizing the Eggs as integral factor of her teaching.
Cora has recently partnered with Three Minute Egg to create the Yoga Bloom Thank Pink Egg, with 10% of its proceeds going toward breast cancer awareness and education. For more information take a peak at Cora’s blog about her involvement with breast cancer awareness and her mission with the Egg.
