At Three Minute Egg®, we are not the type to toot our own horn. Wait, yes we are. It’s just one of the ways we spread the word about the products we are so proud of. Of course, it is always better when someone else tells us how much they like our yoga props, and that’s what this is about.
It’s one thing when workshop attendees gush about how much they like using the Eggs in their practice. We see that after every workshop and we appreciate it every time. But it’s quite another when fans we haven’t even met put into writing what a difference the Three Minute Egg® yoga blocks have made in their practice.
It is with great joy that we’d like to sharemaybe the best review we have seen about the Eggs online. It comes from Yogi Times YogiTimes.com, an established presence on the Web. Yogi Times contributing writer, Annie Buckley, called the Three Minute Egg® “relaxing & fun support for yoga.”
She talks about how she experimented with our “rounded yoga blocks” (as she called them) and in which asanas she particularly appreciated the Eggs. An accomplished yogini, Annie wrote, “I have tried all the clips in the generous selection posted on the Three Minute Egg website.” Her favorite use of the Eggs came from the Yoga International article by Cora Wen (where she first discovered the Three Minute Egg®). She wrote:
“I lay on the ground with one Egg supporting my upper back and another supporting my head and gently roll my head back and forth on the rounded surface of the Egg. This is one of the best cures I have found for computer-related neck & shoulder tightness and it has proven a wonderful way to unwind and relax at the end of a day.”
We agree with Annie’s assessment, we appreciate the time she took to write this review, and wish her well as she continues to Eggsperiment in her yoga practice. To read the review in its entirety, go to YogiTimes.com.
