    These Eggs make yoga even more fun!

    I'm relatively new to yoga. I attend two restorative-type classes a week, and do my own practice at home. As an older woman with some physical problems, I've struggled somewhat with even simple poses! I've only used the Eggs for a short time, but what a difference they are making. From using the hard boiled Eggs to sit on, to using the Eggs to support my legs in butterfly pose, to placing the Eggs under my knees in Shavasana to relieve pressure on my lower back, the Eggs are making yoga even more fun and effective for me.
