This 27-Minute practice will teach you 20 ways to use Eggs that will spark your creativity and give a great start or end to your day. If you love practicing yoga and want to learn how the Eggs can organically support your practice, this video is a great place to start.
This practice is suitable for all levels, with the singular exception of "Jump Backs and Jump Throughs." This is a fairly advanced move and it may take a while to master this. Feel free to just walk your feet forward or backward as needed in order to complete this transition.
