Welcome to the Three Minute Eggs-ercise portion of our website. Here you will find a series of poses taken from our DVD, Healthy Alignment for Yoga. Click on any of the thumbnail sketches to watch short video excerpts from the DVD itself. You may also download a PDF file with the entire transcript from the DVD along with images of each pose. You’ll want to have a minimum of 2 Eggs, and for greater comfort, if you’re less flexible, you may prefer up to 4 Eggs. We recommend maintaining these poses for anywhere from Three breaths, to Three minutes.
