The Healthy Alignment DVD predominantly utilizes 2 at once, but i often find that I require extra support, especially during the morning. Additionally there are numerous poses that don't appear on this DVD, and call for extra eggs. While 2 Eggs are certainly sufficient to keep you happy, 4 Eggs will make you Eggs-tatic!"
