Back pain is something most of us experience at some point in our lives, and we’d all rather live without. Improve posture, build strength and create a practice you can maintain over time without pain. (NOTE: These classes are usually taught in 2 parts.)

Hang in the Balance — Arm-balancing Poses*
This Advanced Class will teach you how to float like a butterfly and take the sting out of trying something new. Taught by our advanced staff, this strong practice requires prior arm-balancing experience and adds Eggs to make things more interesting, more challenging, and more Eggs-citing.
