Q: How Do I Clean My Eggs?
A: Our Eggs are made out of a closed cell foam, so they are very easy to clean. Just use soap and water (very little soap is needed) and give them a good scrub. Rinse them off well because residual soap can make them slippery. Stand them up and allow them time too dry. They'll be as good as new! People often ask if they can use sanitizers and cleaners on the Eggs. We haven't found a chemical yet that can hurt the Eggs, but that doesn't mean it isn't out there! But also, why use expensive chemicals when soap and water work perfectly well and are the cheapest, most environmentally friendly option?
Q: Why is it called Three Minute Egg®?
A: Because three minutes is usually how long it takes to realize you want some! Also, when Jason first developed the product, he noticed that he experienced significant results using the Eggs for only a few minutes each day. Since then, he has worked with instructors to create a series of Three Minute Eggs-ercises that, when done regularly, can have a significant impact on the targeted areas. We’re all busy, but we all need to pay attention to the proverbial “squeeky wheels” in our own bodies. Q: What makes Three Minute Egg® yoga props different from other yoga blocks?
A: The most obvious difference is its shape, and the shape makes all the difference. Our bodies aren’t square; neither is the Egg. Traditional yoga blocks do a great job of recreating flat surfaces and elevating them so we can do more with our bodies. They don’t, however, begin to take into account the shapes of our bodies and the fact that each of us have unique needs and requirements from our yoga props. The Three Minute Egg® is curved like us, so it fits our bodies. Its ergonomic design makes it ideal for people with wrist issues, and its size and shape make it comfortable to hold onto throughout our yoga practice. The Eggs can become an extension of our arms! They don’t simply sit along side us while we do our yoga. Traditional yoga blocks are typically either in the way, out of the way, or too far away. The Eggs can integrate fully into our practice, and our yoga changes and evolves more quickly by using them in different postures.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: Nobody likes to see their product returned, but our priority is your happiness. To that end, we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Eggs, you may return them withing 30 days for a full refund. Buyer only pays shipping costs both ways. In the unlikely event that our product is damaged or defective, we will pay to ship it back and send out a replacement immediately. Q: How/when is the product shipped?
A: All orders are shipped within 1 business day, sometimes on the same day.
- Domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally, they will arrive via USPS Parcel Selct service. We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order and try to ship the same day on orders received before noon.
- Canadian orders may be placed directly through Three Minute Egg® Canada at www.threeminuteegg.ca. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and generally ship within 24 hours.
- International orders are shipped via US Mail or UPS ground, depending on the size of the order and the price to ship. We allow our customers to decide based on available options.
