Q: Who is the training for?
A: If you are a yoga teacher looking to make your classes unique and are interested in learning cutting edge teaching methods, this training is for YOU! You will also be taking the first step towards becoming a certified 3ME Yoga Teacher Trainer.

A: We will introduce you to basic Egg philosophy and terminology, including all of our different products, their unique benefits and their many applications.
Most of your time will be spent on your mat. You will learn literally DOZENS of ways to use Eggs in postures, and leave inspired to start teaching right away!
In addition to lots of direct experience and practice time, we will also break down the Egg Postures with workshops/clinics and discussion. During these workshops and practice sessions, you will learn efficient ways of instructing alignment and how to create dynamic sequencing using Eggs.
Basically, you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know to start teaching yoga with Eggs!
