How Many Eggs is Enough?
To get the most out of your Eggs, plan on providing 2-4 Eggs per student for most flow classes, and at least 4-6 Eggs per student or yin, restorative, therapeutic classes. Many teachers start with 24 Eggs and still want more!

Does Your Studio Sell Eggs?
The bulk Eggs on our website are what we call Scrambled Quality Eggs (our unused scratch & dent product). As all our Eggs are handmade, they occasionally end up with some minor scuffs and marks. They are otherwise the same as our retail Eggs, which would look "Scrambled" within a week of being in your studio anyhow.
